thieves, more thieves, zombies

Thu Feb 4, 2010, 12:09 AM
Just watched AFI's new video for Beautiful Thieves, and I loved it! :boogie::heart: Absolutely lovely. I can't wait to watch it tomorrow morning nice and big and sharp on my tv! One thing I'm wondering about: There is a scene that is alluded to in the video, that we don't really get to see. (How did she get him down there without causing a scene? How did they know where he was? Am I supposed to believe she just put him down there and LEFT? WHAT HAPPENED?) I'm wondering if that little event will be further explained in the future, possibly in another video? Hm...

-------------------------------

Today I saw a man walking down the street with a tinytiny chihuahua in a little coat. At first, I thought the little pup was missing a leg. However, I quickly realized that it did have all four legs, but it kept picking one of them up off the ground and refused to walk on it! The longer I watched, the sadder I got for the pathetic-looking pup, (seriously, I almost cried) and the ANGRIER I got at the man! Look at the way your dog is walking! PICK UP YOUR DOG OR I WILL MOW YOU DOWN WITH MY CAR.

GAH! Eventually the light in front of me turned green, and I had to drive off to class.

(I drew a picture of the whole debacle, ha ha. Click for larger image.)

I'm thinking of writing a story about a girl who beats a bum to a bloody pulp, steals his chihuahua, then rides off into the sunset. The little dog never has to walk the streets of Detroit in the middle of winter ever again, and they live happily ever after.
